Is it suitable for 500-person all-hands?

Pro handles up to 500 participants a session. Past that, write to info@quizotic.live. Microsoft Entra single sign-on is live and we configure it per organisation.

Can we white-label the participant screen?

Removing Quizotic branding and adding your own logo and colours is a Pro feature. Full white-label is not built.

Can we get audit-ready compliance reports?

Yes, on Pro. Each session's Excel (XLSX) workbook lists per-employee responses, timestamps, and scores — suitable for POSH, data-privacy, and other audit requirements. The free plan has the PDF report.

Does it work for remote teams?

Yes. Participants join from any browser on any device. Many teams embed the game PIN in their Zoom / Teams meeting chat.

Can training managers get a rollup across sessions?

Each trainer sees the full report for their own sessions, including the competency mix. A single dashboard across several trainers is not built yet — for a domain-wide view today we run the usage report for you on request.
