Anti-bribery (Prevention of Corruption Act) — training for all staff in vendor/government touchpoints. Data privacy (DPDP Act 2023) — every employee touching customer data needs training on consent, data minimization, breach reporting. Whether a report is enough for an internal or external audit is for your auditor to decide; pair it with the policy acknowledgment each employee signs.
