Quizotic is sold by Quizotic Labs, India. This policy covers the Pro and Pro+ plans bought on quizotic.live. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
1. Cancel any time
- You can cancel from Plan & usage in your account. No call or email is needed.
- After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. It does not renew.
- You can also stop the autopay from your bank or UPI app. Your plan then ends when the paid period does.
- When the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your quizzes, presentations and reports stay in your account, within the Free plan’s limits.
2. Monthly plans
- A monthly payment is not refunded. Cancel before your next renewal date and you are not charged again.
3. Yearly plans
- Ask within 14 days of a yearly payment, first or renewal, and we refund it in full if your plan has not been used since that payment.
- Used means any of these after the payment: you ran a session, downloaded a report, or made questions with AI.
- Your paid plan ends when the refund is made, and your account returns to the Free plan.
4. Mistakes and problems
- If you were charged twice or charged in error, write to us at any time and we put it right.
- If a paid feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund you.
5. How to ask
- Email info@quizotic.live from the address on your Quizotic account, with the date of the payment.
- A refund goes back to the payment method you used. Banks and card networks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
- In some countries your order is placed with our reseller, which is the merchant of record for it. Your receipt names them, and the refund then comes from them.
6. Institution licences
A licence bought by a school, college or company on a quotation follows the terms written on that quotation.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing here limits a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
